I have over 25 years of experience in hospitality sales and marketing, and I am the founder of Hotel Advantage Ltd, a consultancy focused on helping independent hotels and hospitality businesses increase visibility, drive bookings, and grow revenue through clear, structured strategy.

I have worked with hotels, golf resorts, universities, and a wide range of hospitality venues across the UK, supporting them to build effective sales pipelines, attract new business, and convert enquiries into measurable results. My approach bridges the gap between sales and marketing strategy and day to day operations, combining strategic thinking with hands on delivery to create immediate and lasting impact.

Through Hotel Advantage Ltd, I work alongside a team of experienced hospitality specialists. This includes Martin Terry, a Sales and Distribution expert with deep knowledge in channel strategy, OTA performance, and driving direct bookings, and Jo Neville, a Sales and Events specialist focused on MICE sales, venue promotion, and client relationship management. Together, we offer a well rounded, commercial approach to supporting independent hotels and venues.
