The Hospitality Counsellor is proud to be part of The Carlisle and Borders Tourism Group.
Formed by ten leading tourism businesses to build on the work of Cumberland Council, Cumbria Tourism and English Heritage following the desire of Carlisle businesses for a body dedicated to advance the visitor economy.
Our aim is to benefit our local hospitality providers, entertainment and sporting venues, cultural institutions and also the wider local economy by making the diverse region centred on our ancient city much better known and more highly valued.

Trybooking is an online event booking and ticketing platform that has supported the Tourism and Hospitality Sector nationally and in Cumbria and the Lake District since 2014. Their head office is in Kendal. They enable the Tourism and Hospitality sectors to save hours of admin and time and increase revenue easily with 24/7 online bookings.
