My background spans senior roles with Intercontinental Hotels Group, Mitchells and Butlers, Best Western, and more, giving me a strong operational understanding of the industry at every level. Since launching Hospitality Counsellor in 2019, I have supported over 300 businesses across Cumbria, from early stage start ups through to established operations.
